Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
Damage Deposit Policy: There is a damage deposit of $100, held as an authorization on your credit\debit card, if no damage is detected, credit\debit card authorization will be released within 4 to 7 days after check-out. Some debit cards hold your funds as unavailable until authorization is released, please check with your debit card bank for details as to how they hold authorizations.
Booking Requirements: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21. A legal name, a valid phone number, an email address, and a physical billing address are required. A valid credit\debit card. Prepaid credit\debit cards are not accepted. Check-out is any time before 11:00 AM EST, check-in is any time after 4:00 PM EST.
Prohibited Conduct: Do not violate any laws, third-party rights, or house rules. House rules are No Smoking, No Vaping, No Pets Allowed, No Parties or Events, No more guests than what was booked during the reservation. It is prohibited to book a stay for someone other than yourself, the person who the payment for reservation has been billed\charged to.
You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to property, all areas and facilities where property is located that are legally entitled to use in connection with the property (“Common Areas”). For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) or Common Areas in the condition it was in when you arrived, (ii) you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts, and (iii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
Maximum stay per reservation is 30 days.
