The property has 2 cameras, one located outside on the front door which captures the front door, and one on the outside patio door which captures the patio door and screen door. The cameras will be ON during reservations.
There’s monthly pest control service, approximately on the 4th Wednesday of every month. It will take about 5 minute to apply a human safe product, please give them access to the condo.

The space
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and take advantage of the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, can sleep 8. 976sqf of living space with a patio. For a better sense of our condo, we invite you to check our photos, website, or YouTube channel for walkthrough videos.

It is a self check in. Guest have access to the entire condo.
Additional notes
Parking is hassle-free and complimentary. There are no assigned parking spots, so you can park conveniently in front of the condo or in the guest parking area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the unit.

Neighborhood overview
In the neighborhood, you'll experience the welcoming ambiance of an ethnically-diverse area. The area is pleasantly quiet, with the occasional sound of children playing outside in the late afternoon or the distant melodies of music from our friendly neighbors. As our condo is not located on a main street, you'll be spared from the noise of busy traffic. Rest easy knowing that the community is under 24/7 video surveillance, and security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM. During normal business hours, the association monitors the video and ensures maintenance to the community.
